Traditional family insurance scales up aggressively with every child you add. OffPlan Care is a simple rate per person, so you always know what your family costs. Each adult is the same rate, each child is a flat rate, and you never pay for more than three kids.
What is included for children
- Same-day primary care and sick visits.
- Direct text or call access to your family doctor.
- Routine diagnostic lab work processed in our office.
- Ongoing chronic care management.
- Your family’s doctor, or a dedicated pediatrician if you choose one.
What is not included
- Hospital stays, surgeries, and emergency room visits.
- Your coverage for the serious stuff. If you already have it, great. If you do not, our licensed agency partner helps you find the right one.

OffPlan Care is not insurance. We recommend keeping coverage for large and unexpected medical expenses underneath your membership, and a licensed agency partner can place it for you at no extra cost.
