OffPlan Launches for Individuals, Families and Employers, Bringing Unlimited Direct Primary Care to Three States
On Tuesday, September 1, OffPlan, a healthcare membership platform created to give everyone access to everyday care, announced its launch in South Florida, Northern Virginia and the Atlanta Metro area. Beginning today, individuals, families, and small and midsize businesses with up to 250 employees across all three markets can enroll in OffPlan, a flat monthly membership that gives members unlimited access to a primary care physician plus a member concierge who arranges specialists, labs, and imaging at prices set in advance and paid directly to the provider.

OffPlan offers Metro Atlanta a new way to access care
For many Americans, having health insurance does not necessarily mean being able to afford a trip to the doctor.
In Georgia, the stakes are growing. Georgia Access enrollment dropped by roughly 200,000 people from 2025 to 2026, a 14 percent decrease according to Healthy Future Georgia. Meanwhile, out-of-pocket premium costs for Georgians who kept coverage rose by an average of 114 percent, with the average net monthly premium increasing from $69 to $148. An estimated 460,000 Georgians could lose Georgia Access coverage and become uninsured between 2025 and 2034.
