Paralegal / Contract Administrator

OffPlan is looking for a Contract Administrator/Paralegal to manage the contracts and legal administration that keep OffPlan’s employer, broker, and physician relationships running smoothly as we launch in Florida and Virginia. You’ll own the full contract lifecycle — drafting, redlining, tracking, and filing agreements with employer groups, benefits brokers, and partner physician practices — while also supporting broader legal and compliance administration for an early-stage, regulated healthcare business. This includes legal administration across every state OffPlan operates in, not just Florida and Virginia, as we continue to expand. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role with real ownership from day one: you’ll help build the contract and compliance processes OffPlan will run on as it scales.
