Our Mission: Better care starts with better access. We make primary care simple, direct, and affordable for the members who depend on it, the businesses that pay for it, and the physicians who deliver it.
What is OffPlan?
OffPlan is not health insurance. OffPlan is a direct care company that gives every member a physician who knows them, for one flat monthly fee, with no copays, no deductibles, and no bill after the visit.
We start from a simple observation. About 80% of healthcare is primary care, chronic condition management, and coordination. That care is predictable, and it never needs insurance. The other 20% is the serious stuff: surgery, hospital stays, real emergencies, and that is exactly what insurance was built for. OffPlan delivers the 80% directly. Insurance stays where it belongs, on the 20%.
We are not anti-insurance. We are anti-misuse of insurance.
For every member. Whether your employer offers OffPlan or you joined on your own, the experience is the same. A doctor who has your back, same-day and next-day access, longer visits, and help getting everything else, from specialists to imaging to medications, coordinated directly at transparent prices. No surprise bills for the everyday care you actually use.
For employers. You pay a flat monthly fee per employee. You see what you are spending and why. Employers using this structure alongside the right insurance design are cutting total healthcare costs significantly, and primary care utilization goes up because there is no longer a reason to put care off. Healthier people, fewer claims, and a benefit your employees actually understand.
For advisors. You design the plan. OffPlan delivers the care layer underneath it, next to a level-funded or self-funded design, or paired with gap coverage and a health share for smaller groups and individuals. Every insurance placement stays with you. We give you a predictable, fixed-cost primary care layer that makes the rest of the plan perform better.
